At Montgomery & Miller Academy, the Senior Phase is a time of exploration, growth, and preparation for the future. We follow the CAPS curriculum with a focus on academic excellence, while nurturing each student’s confidence, independence, and evolving identity.

Our team is trained in adolescent development and behavioural support, guiding students with empathy and insight. Discipline is restorative, focused on teaching and building self-esteem — not control. This is a phase of support, not pressure.

We deliver learning intentionally, balancing structure with flexibility. Shorter days, reasonable workloads, and focused classroom time help students stay motivated while still enjoying life beyond school.

Through a rich, engaging academic program, students build critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence — laying the foundation for confident subject choices and future success in the FET Phase and beyond.
